Easy to ...Tried this last night: totally delicious! Easy to make too. I'm usually reticent about making burgers because they always fall apart, but these didn't. Cheated and used shop-bought roasted chestnuts that had been hanging around in the cupboard for ages, but the leeks, thyme, burger garnish and accompanying saute potatoes were all home grown.
